From agent runtimes to AI-powered business platforms — each product represents 15 years of research turned into shipping software.
Universal AI Cloud
Agents built on Universal AI and delivered through Universal AI Cloud — one identity, one memory, always on, across every channel a customer or an executive reaches for.

The concept of a website, reimagined for the age of AI.
A website with no pages to browse and no menus to hunt through — you simply talk to it. A lifelike 3D agent greets every visitor, answers from the company's own knowledge, and assembles the page around the conversation as it unfolds. The idea of a website rethought from first principles for the age of AI. https://universal-ai.cloud

What the Google and Apple assistants should have been.
Your AI chief of staff. ESA collapses the whole stack of daily apps — email, calendar, tasks, contacts, notes, research, document and image analysis — into a single conversation and finishes the work in place. Where Google and Apple layer AI on top of the old apps and send you back into them to finish the job, ESA is what those assistants should have been: you stop opening apps altogether.

The world's only AI sales and support staff with a face, a voice, and a personality — on the phone, in chat, and in person.
CSA is an AI with a personality, a voice, and a face that stands as the entry point to your business and knows who each matter belongs to. A sales inquiry is answered from your own information and the lead goes to your sales team. A leaking roof is sized up for urgency, opened as a categorised ticket in your CRM, and routed to the crew responsible for that problem and that property. When no one responds, it works down a ladder of responsibility until someone takes ownership; life-safety calls go to 911. It takes orders, sells, and accepts payment — by voice on the phone, from a QR code at the table, or through a takeout page — with paid orders landing on the kitchen dashboard or arriving by text and email. It runs the front of house: reservations booked against the tables, chairs, and rooms actually free; walk-ins signed in at a kiosk and texted their place in line; appointments and tours booked into your calendar; visitors greeted at the desk and announced to the right person. All of it on a phone call, by text, through a chatbot or an avatar on your website, and as virtual reception at your front desk — with every call recorded, transcribed, and timestamped onto its ticket.

Outlook, Photoshop, Word and Excel if they were an AI chat app.
UniBar packs more power than any AI app you know, yet elegantly arranges itself to give your screen to what matters most: the conversation. Controls step aside the moment you type, the menu extends out of the bar when you reach for it, and it morphs into a camera viewport to take in whatever you show it. A radically minimal interface designed for organic human experience, powered by Universal AI.
Outlook, Photoshop, Word and Excel, if they had a face and talked like a human.
The pinnacle of the Organic Human Interface: remove the bar, remove the chat, and hand the whole screen to something organic and human. Your ESA is embodied as a life-like 3D person you talk to face-to-face — no menus, no buttons, no app to operate. Open it, tap the mic, and speak, hands-free or press-to-speak, with captions showing your words and its reply. The same safety principle holds even here: when ESA is ready to send an email, book an event, or text someone, a draft card appears in full and nothing leaves your account until you say "approve". Universal AI is the only platform that offers face-to-face interaction, and avatars are fully customisable in voice, appearance, and personality.
AI for Media and Entertainment

All AI-agent local news agency — disrupting a $12B industry.
Fully autonomous AI agents researching, filtering, and producing local news around the clock — podcasts, newsletters, event calendars, and social content in multiple languages. Census-based demographic scoring ensures coverage that matters to real communities. Scaling cost from $150K to $1.5K. Built using Universal AI technology.

The world's first AI karaoke host — a karaoke night that runs itself.
A lifelike 3D MC on the big screen and an AI song app in every guest's hand. The host greets the crowd, hypes each singer by name, leads the applause, calls the breaks, and drops in birthday and sponsor shoutouts, so the energy never dies between songs. Guests scan a QR code — no app, no login — search a catalogue of hundreds of thousands of songs or ask the AI for a recommendation, and watch their place in the queue. Staff run the whole night from one console. Built on Universal AI, and disrupting a $902M worldwide KJ market.

Face recognition, a live AI host, and guests dropped into any scene.
Not a booth that takes a picture — a booth that places your guests inside a scene: a famous painting, a movie world, your own brand set. A live interactive avatar hosts it from start to finish, using face recognition to tell a first-time visitor from a returning one, directing the shot in real time until everyone in frame is looking and smiling, then firing the flash and compositing the result onto the big screen in seconds. Guests take it home by download, email, or print. Already at work at the La Habra Art Gallery, and by far the most loved product the company makes.
Core Technologies

The engine that builds and launches custom AI agents in days.
Universal AI is a proprietary agentic system development technology for the rapid development and deployment of custom AI agents for any application. It is not sold directly; it is the engine that lets Universal Informatics build and launch polished, fully customized agents in days rather than the months an agency would need, and it is the foundation beneath every product the company offers. An agent is composed from any number of skills, mixed and matched per application, connected to whatever external systems and services the use case requires, and backed by any volume of structured and unstructured knowledge. One agent then operates across any number and kind of channels — phone, SMS, web chat, in person — carrying the same identity and knowledge everywhere. It speaks and comprehends in natural conversational language, takes in the world through senses such as face recognition, and drives a remote avatar or chat interface live, holding a face-to-face conversation exactly as it conducts one by phone.

For driving virtual and robotic Organic Human Interface by LLM.
The Realtime Agent Puppeteering Protocol (RAPP), together with the streaming capabilities built into Universal AI, allows an LLM to control an interactive user interface in real time. It is used all around universal-ai.cloud: it drives the avatar, controls the text output, and builds the website's contents adaptively as the conversation unfolds.

Distributed, parallel OS prototype where agents replace processes and apps.
Born from K's post-doctoral research at the K-Computer — the world's fastest supercomputer (2015) — ARE is a distributed, parallel operating environment that fundamentally replaces traditional processes and applications with agents. A working prototype for an operating system in the age of AI.

Cross-platform interface framework.
An interface described once as portable data and rendered natively on any surface — web, mobile, and devices still to come — so intelligence can appear wherever a person is, in whatever form the moment calls for. Cross-platform, and rivalling Flutter and React.
Get to Know K
K is the founder and CEO of Universal Informatics LLC — Orange County’s foremost authority in agentic AI and advanced computing.
He began researching AI agents fifteen years before the current age of AI, long before “agentic AI” had a name. His doctoral work at the Tokyo Institute of Technology — funded by a prestigious Japanese government (MEXT) scholarship — formalized sociomimetic computing: intelligence built not as one monolithic engine, but as a collaborative society of specialized agents. His 2011 thesis is now recognized as remarkably ahead of its time, and led to KnoRBA, a pioneering multi-agent runtime that laid the conceptual groundwork for today’s agent-based AI. A 2015 post-doctoral project at the K-Computer — the world’s fastest supercomputer at the time — turned the theory into a working prototype: the Agent Runtime Environment, which spread a single computation across whatever heterogeneous hardware was present. The vision was already running in the lab; the world simply wasn’t ready.
His mission is to be the next Arnold Beckman of Orange County. Beckman was a scientist who invented instruments the world didn’t yet know it needed, built a global company from them, and gave back to the region for generations. K sets out on the same path, and takes it as his charge to help rebuild the North Orange County economy — once home to Beckman Instruments — with cutting-edge science and technology: not by building a monolith, but by empowering a vibrant ecosystem of startups and businesses. The creed, in Beckman’s spirit: Humanity First — Science as Method — Business as Vehicle.
At Universal Informatics, K is turning that decades-long head start into products. Working largely as a solo developer, he has built Universal AI — a multi-agent framework for the rapid development and deployment of custom agents across any channel — into a platform that competes with offerings from the tech giants. Behind it stands the long-term vision: Universal OS, an agent-based operating system that replaces apps and GUIs with an Organic Human Interface, and spreads ambient intelligence throughout the environment rather than locking it inside a single device.
Beyond technology, K is deeply engaged in the nonprofit landscape of Orange County. He is an active member of the Lions Club, the local Art Association, and the La Habra Chamber of Commerce, and collaborates closely with the City of La Habra. He is also the founder of Alma de la Informatica, a nonprofit dedicated to boosting the local economy by empowering small businesses with advanced technology. His work bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world community impact.
What Drives K
Why K? It says it all about me. Minimalist. Efficient. Unapologetically original. Rather than camouflaging behind a common name to blend in, I chose to be my true self — and trust the power of love to make friends and build connections.
My mission is to be the next Arnold Beckman of Orange County. But instead of building a monolith like Beckman Instruments, I will achieve that by building and empowering our vibrant ecosystem of startups.
I moved from Silicon Valley to OC because more thrilling than being hired by Google is to build the next Google — and OC has real potential for it.
Google and Apple got the paradigm wrong. AI isn't another app. It's the end of apps, and the harmony that replaces fragmentation. While they put AI into every app and send you back into those apps to finish the job, I put one AI at the center of human experience and the apps behind it.
The screen was never the point. Point-and-click gives way to conversation, gesture, and expression — and intelligence stops living inside a device and starts living throughout the room you're standing in.
As a social impact entrepreneur, I always keep two balance sheets: one for profitability and one for social impact. I build ventures that show positive growth in both.
